MOQ and buyer orders
MOQ (minimum order quantity) is a per-style quantity floor a buyer must reach before adding a style to their cart. You set MOQ when building a line sheet or wholesale catalog; the quantity picker enforces it immediately, disabling Add to Cart until enough units are selected. Checkout double-checks it too.

How MOQ is set per style
When you build a line sheet or wholesale catalog in the Catalog Builder, each style (product) has a dedicated MOQ field. Enter the minimum quantity a buyer must order for that style — for example, 5 units, 12 units, or 50 units depending on your production minimums. Leave it blank if you have no minimum.
Where MOQ is actually enforced
MOQ is enforced the moment a buyer tries to add a style to their cart, not later at checkout. The quantity picker shows a live progress bar toward the minimum and its own "Add to Cart" button stays disabled until enough units are selected — so no item can reach the cart below its MOQ in the first place. The cart and checkout screens also verify every item's MOQ again as a second safeguard, disabling "Continue to Order Details" and "Submit Order Request" if anything is ever out of sync.
Where sellers manage and export orders
All submitted orders land in your Flipbook Analytics dashboard, grouped by status (reviewed, confirmed, processing, delivered). Each order shows the buyer name, business, contact details, and full line items with quantities — exactly what was in their cart. You can export all orders as CSV or Excel for fulfillment and billing, then update each order status as you confirm, process, and deliver it.
