Terms of Service

By accessing or using Alovia ("Service"), operated by Alovia Technologies FZ-LLC ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Alovia is an AI-powered fashion photography and catalog creation platform designed for commercial use by fashion brands, retailers, and creative professionals. The Service includes AI image generation, virtual try-on, catalog building, flipbook creation, and related tools.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another party.

You are solely and exclusively responsible for all content you upload to Alovia, including images, photographs, and any materials submitted for AI processing.

By uploading content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have all necessary rights and licenses to the uploaded content
• The content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
• You have obtained explicit consent from any identifiable individuals depicted in uploaded images
• The content does not violate any applicable laws

Generating images of real, identifiable individuals (including celebrities, public figures, or private persons) without their explicit consent is strictly prohibited. You bear full legal responsibility for any content you generate using such images. Alovia disclaims all liability arising from your use of unauthorized likenesses.

You may not use the Service to generate content that is defamatory, obscene, illegal, or intended to harass or harm any individual.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you retain ownership of original content you upload. For AI-generated outputs, you are granted a commercial license to use the generated images for your business purposes.

You may not claim that AI-generated outputs were created by a human photographer or represent them as such in misleading contexts. You may not attempt to resell or sublicense access to the Alovia platform itself.

Alovia and its logo, brand assets, and platform code are the exclusive property of Alovia Technologies FZ-LLC.

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you use generation features. Credit costs per feature are displayed in the platform.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable except as expressly provided in our refund policy. Unused credits expire 90 days after subscription cancellation.

You may not use the Service to:

• Generate non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) or any sexually explicit content involving identifiable individuals without consent
• Create deepfakes intended to deceive, defame, or harass
• Generate content depicting minors in inappropriate contexts
• Automate or scrape the Service for purposes not expressly permitted
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract AI model weights
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited uses, or if we determine your use poses risk to other users or the platform. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated outputs will meet your specific requirements. AI-generated content is probabilistic; results may vary.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alovia Technologies FZ-LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
