Alovia ("we", "our", "us") is operated by Alovia Technologies FZ-LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our AI fashion platform at alovia.ai.

By using Alovia, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

Account information: Email address, name, and authentication credentials when you sign up.

Usage data: Pages visited, features used, generation history, and credit usage to improve our service.

Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store card numbers or CVVs.

Uploaded content: Images and files you upload to use with our generation tools. These are stored in encrypted cloud storage and used solely to provide the service you requested.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies for security and analytics.

Alovia uses commercially licensed third-party AI APIs to power our generation features. These providers process your uploaded images to generate output.

We select providers that maintain commercial-use licensing and data processing agreements. Your data is processed only to the extent necessary to return generation results to you.

We do not train AI models on your uploaded images or generation outputs without your explicit consent.

We use your information to:

• Provide, operate, and improve our AI generation services
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Send essential account and service communications
• Monitor platform security and prevent abuse
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties for commercial purposes. Your data is used exclusively to operate and improve the Alovia platform. We share data with service providers (hosting, payments, AI APIs) only as necessary to deliver our service, under strict data processing agreements.

You are solely responsible for all content you upload to Alovia, including images, photos, and any materials used with our generation tools.

By uploading content, you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use that content. This includes images of people: you must have the right to use any person's likeness depicted in content you upload.

Alovia is not responsible for content generated using images that you upload without proper authorization. Misuse — including uploading images of individuals without consent or generating content that violates rights of publicity or privacy — is a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in account termination.

We use cookies and similar technologies for:

• Essential cookies: Session management and authentication (required)
• Preference cookies: Theme selection (light/dark) and display settings
• Analytics cookies: Anonymous usage statistics to improve the platform (optional)

We retain your account data, generated images, and uploaded files for as long as your account is active. Temporary files created during processing are removed automatically shortly after a generation completes. We do not currently apply a fixed automatic deletion schedule to your saved generated content — it is retained until you delete it, request deletion, or close your account. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting sales@alovia.ai.

We implement industry-standard security measures: data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections; data at rest is stored using the encryption provided by our infrastructure providers; third-party integration credentials you supply are additionally encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they are stored; row-level access controls restrict each account to its own data; and authentication sessions are held in HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite cookies rather than browser storage. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but we strive to protect your data using commercially acceptable means.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the effective date. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address.
