The three publish plans and credit costs
Publishing deducts credits based on how long you want the showroom to stay live. Choose 1 Week (50 credits), 15 Days (80 credits), or 1 Month (120 credits). The showroom expires at the end of the window and can be republished with a fresh credit deduction. Live Demo (15 minutes, free) is available for testing before publishing on a paid plan.
What happens when a showroom expires
When the publish window ends, the flipbook URL no longer accepts new orders. The link remains accessible to buyers for viewing, but the cart and submit order button are disabled. You can republish the same catalog on a new plan to re-enable ordering — the same flipbook link automatically serves the updated state.
What a submitted buyer order contains
When a buyer submits an order, they provide their name, business name, email, phone, customer code (optional), and notes. Alovia captures the full line items and quantities from their cart, but no payment is taken — it is an order request the seller confirms and fulfills afterward.
Track views and manage orders in analytics
Every published showroom displays Total Views (since publishing), Total Orders submitted, and a Daily Views chart covering the last 30 days on the analytics dashboard. Each order moves through stages — reviewed (auto-set on first view), confirmed, processing, and delivered — which you manage manually. Export all orders as CSV or Excel for fulfillment and accounting.
