Catalog & lookbook builder

The Catalog & Lookbook Builder has two entry points: Create Studio generates AI model imagery from a creative brief, while the Template Layout Compiler skips generation and lays out existing images directly. Both funnel into the same five-phase flow — Creative Brief, Look Builder, Generation, Layout & Template, Export — and a wholesale toggle switches every look between lookbook and line-sheet fields.

Two entry points into the builder

Catalog Builder has two real starting points. Create Studio — the sidebar's Create Studio link — opens at Phase 1 and runs the full AI-generation flow from a creative brief. The Template Layout Compiler card skips generation entirely: its two buttons compile a lookbook or a B2B wholesale sheet directly from existing images, landing you straight on the Layout & Template phase with nothing to generate first.

The five phases

Every campaign moves through the same five phases: Creative Brief (collection name, season, brand tone, and a global AI model), Look Builder (each look's products, model override, and cover shot), Generation (AI renders every look and polls for completion), Layout & Template (choose a layout template and style text, fonts, and theme), and Export (download a PDF or push finished images to Shopify Files). Template Layout Compiler entries skip straight to Layout & Template.

What the wholesale toggle changes

Choosing a line sheet (B2B Wholesale) instead of a lookbook flips a single wholesaleMode flag that changes several defaults at once: the page aspect ratio switches from 2:3 to 3:4, the starting template switches from lookbook_story to wholesale_catalog, the header badge reads "B2B Wholesale" instead of "Shopify Ready", and every look gains wholesale-only fields — SKU, wholesale price, sizes, MOQ, and material — that don't exist in lookbook mode.

Where each phase's images can go

From Generation onward, images can be exported to Shopify Files individually or in bulk — the same export the Shopify Integration doc covers — and a finished layout can be downloaded as a PDF or published as a Digital Showroom flipbook from the Layout & Template phase.
