Take wholesale orders straight from your flipbook, with minimum order quantities enforced automatically

Flipbook cart & MOQ lets buyers browse a published flipbook, pick colors and sizes in a quantity grid, and submit a wholesale order request — no buyer account needed. A live progress bar enforces each product's minimum order quantity before submission, and the seller confirms final pricing afterward. There is no payment or checkout on the buyer side.

What flipbook cart & MOQ does

A color × size quantity grid

Add to Cart opens a quantity matrix for every color and size combination on that product — a grid on desktop, a wrapped touch-friendly layout on tablet and phone, or a single quantity box when a product has no colors or sizes.

MOQ enforced at every step, including the server

A live progress bar shows how many of the minimum units are in the cart until each product's MOQ is met. The Add to Cart button, the cart's continue button, and the order submit button all stay disabled until it is — and the server independently re-derives the real minimum from the flipbook's own saved state, so it never trusts the quantity a browser sends.

No buyer account needed

Buyers fill in Your Name, Business Name, Email, and optionally Customer Code, Phone, and Notes, then submit — no login or account required. It is an order request: the form states final pricing and availability will be confirmed by the seller, and the button reads "Submit Order Request."

Every order tracked in your dashboard

The seller dashboard shows total views, a 30-day daily-views chart, and every order with its line items — product, SKU, color, size, quantity, and unit price — plus a status stepper from Reviewed through Confirmed, Processing, and Delivered, and CSV/Excel export for offline use. See the Digital Showroom (/products/digital-showroom) for the full publish-and-sell workflow.

How it works

1. Set MOQ in the layout editor

Set a Minimum Order Qty (MOQ) per look or per individual product while building the layout, then publish the flipbook.

2. Buyers fill the cart

A buyer opens the published link, picks colors and sizes in the quantity matrix on each product, and watches a live progress bar until every item meets its minimum.

3. Buyer submits, seller reviews

The buyer submits the order request with their name, business, and contact details — no account needed — and the seller gets an email notification and reviews the order on the flipbook's dashboard.

Our wholesale process was constantly delayed by static PDF linesheets that took days for our team to format. If a color variant or MOQ changed, it meant another bottleneck before we could pitch to international buyers. Alovia completely modernized our B2B sales. Using the studio, we now generate dynamic, up-to-date linesheets and high-quality campaign presentations in seconds. Our distributors get a professional, instantly adaptable catalog without waiting for traditional physical shoots, and it has noticeably shortened our wholesale order cycles.

In e-commerce operations, the biggest bottleneck is always waiting for physical samples to arrive just so we can start building our B2B linesheets and marketing assets. It traditionally creates a massive last-minute panic. Alovia gave us a very practical way around this pre-production gap. Now, we can virtually test garment combinations and finalize our linesheet drafts months before the actual production run is even finished. It simply removes the waiting game and gives our sales and marketing teams the content they need way ahead of schedule, without the usual stress.

Frequently asked questions

Can a buyer pay for their order in the flipbook?

No. There is no payment, checkout, or card processing on the buyer side. The buyer submits an order request with quantities and contact details, and the seller confirms final pricing and availability separately, off-platform.

Does a buyer need to create an account to order?

No. The order form is public — a buyer only needs to enter Your Name, Business Name, and Email, with Customer Code, Phone, and Notes optional. There is no buyer login, buyer account, or buyer-facing order history to sign into.

What happens if a buyer tries to submit an order under the minimum order quantity?

The order is blocked at four separate points: the Add to Cart button, the cart's continue button, and the order submit button all stay disabled below the minimum, and the server independently re-derives the minimum from the flipbook's own saved data and rejects the order — it never trusts the quantity the browser sends.
